This Privacy Policy explains how Starforge Partners 1 LLC ("Starforge Partners," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit starforgepartners.com, contact us, sign up for one of our events or programs, or receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything else you choose to share when you fill out a form, register for an event, or contact us.
- Text messaging information. Your mobile number, your consent to receive text messages, and records of the messages we send you and your replies, such as STOP or HELP.
- Usage information. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies or similar tools.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide the services, events, and programs you request
- To send event confirmations, reminders, and updates, including by text message if you opted in
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
We only send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, and messaging platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us. This does not include sharing text messaging opt-in data or consent for anyone's marketing purposes.
- Clients we run events for. When you register for an event we operate on behalf of a client, your registration details may be shared with that client so they can deliver the event. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are not shared for marketing purposes.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Starforge Partners or others.
- Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
